Accessibility at Barleylands

We are committed to making Barleylands accessible to as many people as possible.

Disabled Parking

We have a large free car park for cars and coaches with designated disabled spaces.

The area is level and flat which makes access to and from the Car Park very easy for all wheel chair users.

The disabled parking is near the entrance and is only a short walk into the Craft Village, which makes it suitable for those who may not be able to walk very far.

Disabled Access

Paved level surfaces and lifts to first floors mean easy access for wheelchairs around the village.

All the Craft Village Studio’s have wide doorways for easy access for wheel chairs.

There are four disabled toilets onsite.

We have two wheelchairs which are free to hire, please ask at the Farm Park Kiosk if you require a wheel chair.

Easy access into The Hive Restaurant with push panel at wheel chair height to open the doors, and plenty of space between the tables for wheel chair access.

Guide dogs are allowed onsite around the Craft Village.

If you need any assistance or have any queries, please do not hesitate in asking a member of the Barleylands Staff who will be only to happy to help you.

We are a Quality Assured Visitor Attraction.
