2 medium onions, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
Half a large pumpkin, chopped
1oz of butter
1800 ml vegetable or chicken stock
To make this yummy soup, melt the butter in a large pan and add the onions, carrots and pumpkin.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add the stock.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 35 minutes.
Liquidise the soup using a hand blender, season to taste and enjoy.
