Barleylands first Goat Yoga Session

🐐 🙏 Barleylands Farm Park – Goat Yoga!! 🐐 🙏

Our very first goat yoga session took place on Tuesday 20th June on a beautiful sunny evening. Our guests took part in a 40 minute yoga session, followed by 20 minutes of cuddling baby goats and taking photos. It was a wonderful evening and everyone loved it. Check out some of the photos below.

Due to the amazing start of our sessions, our next one on Friday 23rd June at 5.30pm has just 3 tickets left. Click HERE to book!! We have also now released two new dates Friday 7th & Friday 14th July, both at 5.30pm.

We are working with an amazing yoga teacher, Nicola Emmerson from FeelGood Fitness & Wellness Centre, if you are a member, please contact to receive a 20% discount code.

What to bring…

A yoga mat – participants must bring their own yoga mats and you will be given a spray bottle to wipe these down after the session.
Suitable outdoor fitness clothing – we will be going into the pen with animals, and you will be cuddling goats. Goats love to climb and like to explore things with their mouths, so we advise old clothing you don’t mind getting smelly or dirty. We then advice washing these as soon as you get home!
A jacket or a fleece – We hope for sunshine and warm weather on the day but bring a jacket or fleece just in case!
A water bottle – all that goat yoga can make you work up a sweat so please ensure you drink plenty of water. We have taps available where you can refill your bottles too.
A towel – Yoga can make you a sweaty so you may want to bring a towel with you on the day. We advise leaving this outside the pen, so the cheeky goats don’t chew it.
Suitable outdoor fitness footwear – you are coming to a farm so you will be required to walk through a disinfectant mat after the session.
Camera – a must have for those goat selfies! Speak to our friendly team and they will make sure to capture a group photo.
