Barleylands Marketing Officer

Barleylands is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Officer to join our well-established team.  The ideal candidate will have worked in equivalent roles and ideally have experience in the leisure/tourism sector.

Working for a family business you would be responsible for marketing one of the top Family Attractions in Essex with the role encompassing Barleylands Farm Park, Craft Village, Equestrian Centre, Showground and Campsite.

This role will be well suited to a multi-skilled Marketeer who possess a broad range of marketing skills and extensive experience in this field.

You will need to be able to think outside the box, be a great communicator both verbally and in writing and able to present ideas to a range of stakeholders.  Well organised and creative you will need to be able to collaborate well with senior management and colleagues, engage with and inspire customers across our social media platforms, update and maintain our website with WordPress experience, analyse marketing data and trends and manage external creative agencies to strict deadlines.

If you have a can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail and an eye for design, able to produce creative artwork, and manage and deliver seasonal marketing campaigns from start to finish through a mix of print and online mediums this could be the ideal job for you.
