Working with DIS 4 U To Bring You Christmas This Year!

We are extremely proud to release that we have been working alongside the fantastic DIS 4 U team for the last few months! They designed and painted the Festive Barn this year. For us Christmas is all about community and helping others. This year represents those values by working alongside this spectacular group of individuals to achieve a common goal.

The dedication the team has shown has been extraordinary! They have been building, sculpting, painting and having lots of fun to bring you the most magical Christmas experience this year!

Who are DIS 4 U?

“The Disability Inclusion Society (DIS) is a new and exciting concept for adults with special needs in Essex. We work with individuals with all kinds of disabilities. DIS manages exciting and rewarding community projects which teaches social and practical skills in a safe and fun environment.

Our aim is to actively work towards true inclusion within society. “

The team consists of supervisors and the special need adults, together they have a polytunnel based on our land where they work on various seasonal projects! With a drum kit, fire pit and plenty of laughs, its the perfect place to learn and develop as an artist and individual.

Terry (top left) and Elaine (bottom right) are the owners of DIS 4 U. We would like to say a huge thank you for all the hard work you have put in, our Christmas Experience this year has been the most magical one yet! We can’t forget Mr Biggles the dog, thank you for being so cute!
