We are now taking party bookings for dates from the 21st of June onwards. Give your child a Barleylands birthday to remember with one of our five party packages from Farm Frolics to cooking, pottery or exclusive hire of the Soft Play Barn.
All of our parties include a chance to meet our animals and to make the most of the Farm Park and outdoor adventure play.
Each of our two-hour party packages includes:

- Party bags
- Private party room
- Full-day entry to the Farm Park

Can we purchase teas and coffees for the adults?
You can pre-order tea and coffee from us and we will provide an urn so your guests can help themselves. For a Playbarn Party it’s just £40 which caters for 40 guests; day time parties is only £20 catering for 20 guests – that’s just £1 per cup!

Do we need to bring party bags?
No, the party bags are included in the price.

Can we bring additional food for the adults?
Yes you are more than welcome to bring a small snack or you can order food from Tiptree Tearooms (01268 525727).

How many children can you have at a party
For the Barleylands’ Farmyard Frolic Party and Pizza Party, the minimum number is 10. For the Snakes Alive Party the minimum number is 15.
We do not have minimum numbers for the Barleylands’ Soft Play Party, as the hire fee is a flat rate, but the maximum group size is 100.

Can we decorate the party room?
You are more than welcome to decorate the room with balloons and banners, the hosts will guide you on where the decorations can be put.

What food is included for the children?
Our Party Box are supplied by Tiptree – Our party sandwiches are filled with the famous Little Scarlet jam but ham and cheese sandwiches are available on request. Please make us aware of your sandwich choice and any dietary requirements when booking.
Also included in the party boxes are crisps, yogurt, chocolate bar and a carton of juice.

Free child voucher to visit the Farm Park, and a small selection of items which could include toys or stationery.
