There’s always something special happening at The Village at Barleylands, and this Spring we’re delighted to welcome visitors to a selection of free, dog-friendly markets taking place over the coming weeks.
The Village is already home to a wonderful mix of independent businesses and boutiques, offering everything from unique gifts and handmade goods to delicious treats. Alongside our permanent shops, our seasonal markets bring even more variety, creativity and local talent to explore.
Whether you’re looking for artisan food, handcrafted products, or simply a lovely day out browsing the stalls, our markets are the perfect way to experience everything the Village has to offer.
Events by AJ – Gourmet Food & Craft Village Market

Join us for a vibrant market filled with gourmet food, handmade crafts and unique finds from talented local traders.

Events by AJ markets run on the last Sunday of every month from January to November. Please check the website for December date changes.

Our popular Farmers Market is the perfect place to shop local. Discover fresh produce, homemade goods and high-quality products from passionate local producers.
A Day Out for Everyone – Including Your Dog
All of our markets are free to attend, with free parking and dog-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring the whole family along — including your four-legged friends. With plenty to see, shop and taste, it’s the perfect way to spend a relaxed day at Barleylands.
